F.A.Q.

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we’re proud to say we ship worldwide, with only a few exceptions.

2. I don’t see the item I want, will it come back?

We’re a small business and we try really hard to keep up with demand, but sometimes, our items can be out of stock for a while. Check us out on instagram to see if something will come back, or if it was a limited release 🙂

3. How long are shipping times?

Shipping times vary depending where you are in the world. UK orders will usually arrive within a week, international orders are usually up to two weeks.

4. Will Headchies fit me?

Our Headchies(TM) come in one standard size. If you’ve ever worn an elasticized headband, the fit will be similar to that.

5. Can I return my item?

If you are UK based, we can accept all returns, even if you simply change your mind. If you are an international customer, we can only accept returns if your items are damaged, incorrect or otherwise faulty. Contact us via email or Instagram to arrange a return.

6. Where’s my order tracking number?

If you purchased tracked shipping, or if you got a free upgrade to tracked shipping, then your tracking information will be emailed to you. If you haven’t recieved a tracking email, please check your spam folders and other email addresses. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we will help. If you did not purchase tracked shipping, or did not recieve a free upgrade to tracked shipping, then your item will be sent by standard class and tracking information will not be available.

7. Do you cover Customs Duty & Import Tax?

We do not cover the cost of  any charges that your country might impose, as these are different for every country. We recommend checking the charges in your country before shopping internationally.
